Activities & Crafts
Crafts that make the world a little bit better!
Directions
Print cards on cardstock and cut each one out. Shuffle the deck and then start playing! The object of the game is to be the first one to get rid of all your cards.
Step 1: Lay out 4 cards vertically face up.
Step 2: Deal out 4 cards to each person playing.
Step 3: Take turns laying down a card. If you have a card one more or one less than the card on the outermost position on either side of any of the 4 rows you may place it down. Then it’s someone else’s turn. If you don’t have a card to play, you must pick up for the draw pile until you can play a card. Continue until someone has finished placing all their cards on the table.

Example of set-up:
Higher cards go to the right of the cards, lower numbers go on the left.

"An Above Par Day" Math Game
Here is a golf game inspired by "An Above Par Day"! Check out the video for an example round with directions.
It's a differentiated math game, meaning there are multiple "levels" to the game so that everyone can find the right challenge level for them. The first level is mostly about number recognition, and then the other levels work on decomposing numbers, adding, and strategy.
Tip: Put it in a sheet protector and use a dry erase marker!

Sports Coloring Page
Series 2 is "All About Sports"! We also include tidbits about geometry and geography, and of course we still have life lessons sprinkled throughout!
Connecting Holidays & Stories
We love finding ways to include stories in all our Holiday celebrations!
